One of my favorite things with my permaculture yard are the alpine strawberries everywhere. The birds, bunnies, mice, and occasional fox seem to love them.

When I mow the paths, I keep the blade high enough that I expose them and have a trail of birds following me as I go, gobbling them up.

• 01 Sep, 2026 twenty-five: ending Blaugust with some collage art and a point about the absurdity of rending fidelity as the only real art. And also a very gay bull.

  in which our hero needed to feel comfortable posting something if was going to happen today and then made a point about art and fidelity and being a child just needing to be loved
